Do you accept walk-ins?

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins may be accepted if there’s availability.

Do you service all hair types?

Yes! While we specialize in African American hair care and textured hair, we welcome clients of all hair types and textures.

Can I book multiple services in one visit?

Absolutely! Many of our clients combine hair, lashes, and brows in one appointment for a complete experience.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can accommodate other clients.

Do you require deposits?

Some services, such as braiding, wig installs, or extensions, may require a deposit to secure your slot.

Do you sell hair care products?

Yes! We offer curated products for natural and textured hair that your stylist can recommend.

Are your stylists independent?

Yes, our stylists are independent professionals (1099) who set their own pricing within the salon’s guidelines.
